Vacuum, or dust free blasting is ideal for spot repairs, and has high demand on the environment which should be dust free and abrasive pollution is prohibited. The blasting process is happened in a sealed chamber by the brush head, curve or fiat. Dust and abrasives are immediately vacuumed by a powerful suction fan. The used abrasives are recycled to the separator and silo, the dust is collector by the cartridge filter. ABT machinery vacuum blasting is a safe blasting solution for confined or critical areas (with a lower working speed compared to "open" blasting).

Blasting System
It includes pressure tank (has pressure vessel certificate), wearing-resistant blasting hose, blasting gun with brush, standard length of hose is l0m, can be extend to 60m to meet your special requirements according to our current advanced technology, working pressure is under 4-7bar. Blasting Gun There is a switch on the blasting gun which can start or stop the blasting job, easy to operate.
Abrasive Recycle System
This system is aimed to recycle and clean the abrasive, it includes high centrifugal fan, recycle sand pipe, cyclone separator, hopper.
Dust Collector System This machine is with cartridge filter, which is easy to remove the dust.
There is a button on control panel which can be pushed to clean the filter by compressed air.
Electrical Control System 380V/50Hz 3Phase (Standard) with Emergency Button hand switch is solenoid valve.
Machine Easy to Operate
A. The sandblasting gun must be aimed at the work piece. Turn on the fan switch (on electrical panel) - Turn on the blast gun switch (on electrical panel)-Turn on the red switch (on blast gun)-Blast sand.
B. After blasting 20-30 minutes, the sand in the tank will be used up. The blasting gun has special noise when the pressure tank is empty, stop operating for a while (Turn off blast switch) and let the abrasive in, it's automatic feeding. Usually 1-2 minutes later you can continue to operate the machine. (During this time, the air in the pressure tank discharged from exhaust valve, and the sealing valve fall, then abrasive fall into the pressure tank.)
C. Finished blasting,close the fan. And start the pulse switch to clean filter. Once sandblasting time is about 3-4h and turn on the pulse 20 times to clean the filter (Cleaning the filter when the machine stops.)
D. The dust falls to the dust cleaning hole. Please clean them out when there is too much
